Private biomechanical performance
Meridian works with a carefully selected number of elite high school athletes each year — identifying and correcting the biomechanical inefficiencies that separate athletes who are recruited from athletes who are overlooked.
One specialist.
Your athlete.
No shared sessions. No junior staff. Every observation, every correction — directly from the founder.
No equipment.
No shortcuts.
Athletes are not evaluated in labs. They are evaluated in competition. Meridian works the same way.
2 to 6 months.
Not a weekend.
Biomechanical correction is structural work. The timeline is determined by what is found — not what is convenient.
Selective by design.
Not by accident.
Meridian accepts a small number of new athletes each year. Candidacy is assessed individually — never assumed.
What Meridian does
Recruiters evaluate athletes in seconds. In those seconds they are not reading a stat sheet — they are watching movement. The way a body loads, transfers, and releases force under competition conditions tells a trained eye everything about an athlete's ceiling.
Meridian's work begins with film. Your athlete is recorded and placed alongside a comparable elite performer in their sport and position. The gap between the two movements becomes the entire scope of work. What is found is corrected. What is corrected is what actually costs performance.
No guesswork. No generic programming. Targeted correction of the specific inefficiencies limiting this athlete — in this sport, at this position, at this stage of their development.
What Meridian is not
"Coaches build athletes. Meridian corrects the movement that prevents those athletes from being seen for what they actually are."
Most of the athletes I work with have already invested significantly in their development. They have position coaches, strength programs, showcase experience. What they have not had is someone look at the way their body moves — specifically, precisely, and without assumption — and identify exactly what is costing them.
How it works
Consideration
Families submit a brief note about their athlete. All submissions are reviewed personally. Candidacy is assessed — never assumed.
Evaluation
A full movement assessment across sport-specific actions. Film is taken. Patterns are identified before a single correction is made.
Overlay analysis
Your athlete's film is placed alongside a comparable elite performer. The gap between the two movements defines the entire scope of work.
Correction
A structured correction plan built and executed over 2 to 6 months, longer for complex cases — adjusted continuously as movement improves toward the recruitment window.

Engagement parameters
Meridian accepts a small number of new athletes each year. Each candidacy is assessed individually — based on sport, position, age, current movement profile, and timeline to the recruitment window.
Most engagements begin 18 to 24 months before the critical recruitment window. Families who reach out early are given priority consideration. Families who wait until junior year are often too late.
If you believe your athlete is moving below their potential — and that no one has been able to tell you precisely why — this is the right conversation to begin.
All consideration requests are reviewed personally. You will not receive an automated response. If there is a potential fit, you will hear from Meridian directly — typically within one week.
